*1 tea cup of chickpea
*2 dented garlic cloves
* Oil as you wish
* 4 tablespoons
* Lemon juice as you want
* Salt as you wish
Way of To Do
*Let the chickpea in water for 1 day to the next
*In the next day,exhange the water and put to cook under pressure pan,or until get soft
*Put in the blender wth a bit of the cooking water ;it shouldn't become a mushy cream
*Reserve
*Mix the tahine sauce with lemon,salt and the dented garlic
*Beat with a fork until become a pap
*Mix with the oil
*Mix very well the tahine with the chikpea
*Prove the salt and lemon
*In the traditional recipe,it recommends water it with more oil and ornament with parsley and mint leaves,but I don't think healthy to put more oil ; i prefer to put just the ´parsley and mint
*Serve with Syrian bread,Italian or toast
