Ingredients :
* 1 bag of pasteurized integral milk
*1 cup 170g of integral milk (just 2 ingredenmts : milk and yeast) in room temperature
*1 culinary thermometer
Way of To Do:
*Take the milk to the oven..When it begins to boil, turn off
*keep putting the thermometer until the milk reach the temperature of 45ºC
*Add the yogurt and mix quickly to not cool the milk
*Pour in 1 or 2 sterelized (witth alcohol or microwave) glass pots
*Put the pots without lid in a plate fabric , tying the 4 tips , involving that bundle in a hot fabric , as for example, blanket, scarf or wool blouse
*Is necessary that the mixture get hot the biggest time possible for that the lactobaclli can multiply themselves. if we heat too much the milk and add the yogurt, the lactobacilli die ; cause that , the thermometer is indispensable !
*Put the pot in the stove's oven or dark cabinet and keep the door closed
Observation : Let it curdling for 8 hours . If the weather is very cold, it can take until 12 hours to curdle. Heat the oven for 10 minutes and turn off to , so, put the pot
*After this time , verify if it curdled a, at the point of tilt the pot and the content not be poured
*Put in the refrigerator for 21 hours , still without lid , to cool it. by whole
*Right away , lid and let im the refrigerator. Consume until within 7 days
Sugestion : eat with fruits , as for example, strawberry , papaya , mango, etc , and add honey bee over it.
*Your natural yogurt is ready . Enjoy !!
