Snacks of Chickpea with Spices , in Indian Style


Ingredients:
*1 cup (250 ml) of chickpea
*Salt as your wish
*Sweet paprika as your wish
*Vegetable oil
*Hot paprika as your wish
*Water to put the chickpea to moisturize
*Bowl to put chickpea in water
*1 plastic sieve to wash and drain the chickpea
*1 little eletric oven to grill the chickpeas]
*1 aluminun foil leaf


Way of  To Do:
*Put the chickpea in water from the previous day to the following
*So, put the chickpeas in a plastic sieve to wash and take out the foam 
*Transfer them to a bowl to season
*Add the salt , hot and swet paprikas
*Drip vegetable oil and spread in them , mixing with a spoon
*Put the aluminun foil leaf in the oven to grll the chickpeas
*Turn on the oven to grill them
*Pierce them with a fork sometimes to check if they are already grilled
*After ready , transfer them to a beautiful bowl. Your Indian chickpea snack already is ready ! Enjoy !

Indian Cream of Avocado and Spices, called Chutney

 



 Ingredients:
1)1 avocado kneaded trought a fork
2)Half onion well chopped
3)2 cloves of garlic well chopped
4)1 mature tomato chopped
5)1 pinch of curry
6)1 tea spoon of cardamom seeds
7)Vegetable oil
8)1 soup spoon of lemon juice
9)Salt as your wish
10)1 tea spoon of hot paprika 
11)1 thread of olive oil

Way of To Do:
1)Put in a pan the vegetable oil , onion and salt , cooking to gild the onion
2)Add the tomatoes and put a bit of water to reduced them in size and turn them into a paste
3)Add the tomato and put a bit of water , just the enough to cover them and lid the pan , to turn them into a paste
4)After get a paste , add the curry, cardamom  and mix .
5)Turn off the oven 
6)Pour the the avocado and add the lemon juice
7)Put a olive oil thread and mix
8)Pour it in a beautiful vessel you like and serve. Your avocado chutney is ready !

Thai Spaguetti with Soy Protein, Bean Sprouts , Carrots and Spices, called Pad Twa Ngok

Ingredients

*Half pack of thin spaguetti 

*2 medium grated carrots 

*2 medium cloves of garlic 

*Half chopped onion

*I table spoon of grated ginger 

*300 g of bean sprout 

*1 tea spoon of sesame oil

*1 cup of light colour soy protein 

*2 tea spoon of hot paprika 

*Soy sauce as your wish 

*1 table spoon of corn starch

*Water in a amount enought to make a sauce 

*Vegetable oil 

Way of To Do:

*Boil the soy protein in as amount of water enought to cover it 

*Put the corn starch in half cup of water, mix to dissolve the corn starch and reserve .

*Put the soy into a voil , pour cold water into the bag to not burn your hands and squeeze It. So , reserve the doy .

*Boil water in a high cauldron in an about enought to cover the spaguetti and put one soup spoon of salt

*After the water boil strongly , put the spaguetti, mixing to not stick 

*After begin to boil , check trought a catcher if it for the consistency required : harder or soft in the measure of your wish. After get the wished consistency , drain in a colander , buying cold water to stop the cooking process. Put olive oil the spaguetti to not stick

*Put the bean sprout in a mug , with water enought to cover it . Turn on the oven and let it boil . When it begins to boil , turn off and dry in a colander . Reserve it.

*Put vegetable oil in a pan , add onion,  and mix.

*Put garlic, ginger and mix to saborize 

*Add the soy protein and mix to saborize 

*Put the carrots

*Add water and soy sauce . Turn on the oven and add corn starch bit by bit , mixing to not thicken too much 

*Turn off the oven. Put the sesame oil , the hot paprika and mix .

*Put is a beautiful vessels you like and serve . Your Thai spaguetti is ready !

Indonesian Salt Cake of Carrot , Cabbage , Spices and Cheese , called Bala Bala

 

 

The original recipe is fried and breaded with wheat flour, but this is not healthy , so , I adapted.


 Ingredients:
*Oat bran blended in blender
*1/4 of green cabbage 
*1/4 of purple cabbage
*Half chopped onion
*2 chopped garlic 
*Salt as your wish 
*A pinch of curry
*A pinch of massala 
*1 teacspoon of turmeric 
*1 egg
*A bit of water 
*1 carrot grated
*Grated white cheese (the better is a cheese which gets melted)

Way of To Do:
*Mix the oat bran with a bit of water , making a homogenous paste 
*Cut the cabbages in thin stripes and reserve 
*Mix the egg with the spices and the salt 
*Add the grated cheese in the eggs with spices and mix all 
*Grease the small oven dish with vegetable oil, using a silicone brush. 
*Make flattened circles and put in the oven 
*Turn the cakes from one side to other from 10 to 10 minutes 
*Poke the cakes with a fork to check If It is already cooked 
*When the cakes are ready , take them off from the oven and put in a beautiful dish you like 
*Your Indonesian Bala Bala cakes are ready to serve ! Let's enjoy now !

Arabic Vegetarian Food of Soy Protein with Spices and Wheat Flour , called Opened Sfiha

 
Ingredientes:

To make the dough :
*1 cup of wheat flour
*2/4 of milk
*1 tea spoon of salt
*1 tea spoon of sugar 
*1 tablespoon of vegetable oil 
*1 wooden roll
*1 bag of voil fabric to squeeze the soybeans and remove the water 

To make the filling:
*Well chopped tomato 
*Half well chopped onion
*2 well chopped garlic cloves
*I branch of chopped salse
*1 cup of brown soy protein
*1 wheel of lemon
*Salt as your wish 
*Vegetable oil
*A plastic sieve
*1 soup spoon of lemon

Way of To Do:

Dough:
*Put the wheat flour in a bowl and add the milk , mixing all until get a homogenous dough 
*Add the sugar and salt
*Add the oil and knead to mix 
*Let it resting for 30 minutes 
*After resting , make a roll with the dough , cutting it into pieces of equal size
*Make a ball with each piece and flatten trought your hand palms
*Put the dough in the table and pass the roll over It to make a think circle and turn the edges inside out , like a pizza

Filling:
*Boil the soy protein in an amount of water enough to cover it 
*Put the lemon wheel into the pan 
*When it begin to boil ,turn off the oven and but the sou into the voil bag
*When it gets cold , squeeze the voil bag into a bowl to drain the water 
*Put in a pan the vegetable oil , onion , garlic and salt and mix to cook and flavor the soy
*Add the tomato and put a bit of water , mixing to flavor the tomato .Lid the pan to make the tomato cook and reduce in size 
*When the tomato is ready , add the soy and mix with all
*Turn off the pan
*Finally , add the lemon juice
*Spread oil in up and down side of the sfiha , putting them in a little oven . 
*After baked , put the filling in the sfihas , letting out the edges , of course. Let bake just more a bit to dry the filling just a bit and fix it better in the sfiha
*Put the sfihas in a beautiful plate you like and serve.  Your vegetarian sfihas are ready !

Indian Medicinal (Ayurvedic) Soup of Zucchini , Carrots and Spices

 

 

Ingredients:
1)2 medium zucchinis ( it must to be of medium size , to not be bitter) cut in slices
2)1/4 chopped onion 
3)2 chopped garlic cloves
4)2 medium carrots cut in slices
5)Salt as your wish
6)Water enough just to cover the vegetables
7)Half table spoon of grated ginger
8)1 tea spoon of garam massala
9)1 tea spoon of turmeric
10)1 pinch of black pepper powder
11)1/4 tea spoon of cumin
12)Half soup spoon of ghee

Way of To Do:
1)Put in the pressure pan the ghee butter, salt and onion and cook under low flame to not burn the spices
2)Put the garlic and the ginger and mix to incorporate the flavours
3)Add the massala , cumin , turmeric and black pepper and mix fastly , to the spices don't become very strong , hot and toxic
4)Add the carrot , zucchini and put water 
5)Lid the pressure pan , and when it begin to sizzle and whistle , mark 10 minutes in the stop watch .
6)After the 10 minutes, turn off the pan and put it into the sink , under the water faucet , to stop with the heat and make go out the steam , to can open and avoid the terrible pan explosion ,and  pull up the pin of the pan to help in take out the steam , too .
7)Pour all the content of your pan in the blender and blend it , until obtain a homogenous liquid
8)Put the soup in the pan again , to make the soup get more ful-bodied , but without to lid and wait to sizzle , as in the beginning . Mix until get the wished consistency
9)Pour your soup in a beautiful bow you like and serve. Your ayurvedic soup is ready!

Indian Cream of Eggplant and Spices , called Chutney

 


Ingredients:
1)1 eggplant cut in cubes
2)2 tomatoes
3)half chopped onion
4)2 well chopped garlic
5)1 big pepper cut in medium cubes
6)1 tea spoon of grated ginger
7)Salt as your wish
8)Vegetable oil
9)1 tea spoon of cardamom seeds
10)1 pinch of curry
11)1 olive oil thread
12)Juice of half lemon juice

Way of To Do:
1)Put the eggplant cubes in water on a cauldron with salt and put in the oven. Turn off the oven when the water begins to bubble.
2)After begun to bubble, you turn off the oven and put the eggplant on a colander, to drain the water
3)Blend the eggplant with a bit of water, until it be turned into a homogeneous paste , like in the processor
4)Put in a pan the oil , salt ,and onion to cook
5)Put the garlic and the ginger, to be gilded
6)Add the tomatoes with a bit of water , just enough to cover  the tomatoes , to turn them into a paste  and lid the pan 
7)Put the peppers to be cooked togheter
8)Pour the blended eggplant in the pan
 9) Put the olive oil thread and mix with all
10)Put in a beautiful bowl you like and serve. Yor eggplant chutney is ready!

Indian Drink with Mango and Spices , called Lassi of Mango

 

 

Ingredients:

1)1 cup of mango cut in pieces
2)1 cup of milk
3)1 cup of natural yogurt
4)1 cup of the water in the same measure of the yogurt
5)Sweetner as your wish
6)Cardamom seeds as your wish
7)Ice cubes

Way of To Do:
1)Put the mango with milk in a blender and blend them
2)Put the water and the yogurt
3)Put the cardamom seeds
4)Add the sweetner and the ice cubes , finally , and blend again
7)Pour in a beautiful cup and serve. Your mango lassi is ready!

Indian Drink of Coconut and Spices , called Lassi of Coconut

 

 

Ingredients:
1)1 and 1/2 cup of milk 
2)1/2 cup of coconut water or filtered water
3)1/2 cup of coconut cut in pieces
4)1 soup spoon of natural yogurt
5)Sweetner as your wish
6)1/2 tea spoon of cardamom in powder
7)1/2 soup spoon of roses water
8)Ice cubes as your wish
9)Edible flowers (optional)


Way of To Do:
1) Put in a blender the milk ad the water with the coconut
2)Add the yogurt and the cardamom with roses water 
3)Add the sweetner and blend again 
4)Put the ice cubes and blend 
4)Pour into a beautiful cup and put the edible flowers in the surface of the drink to ornament and serve . Your coconut lassi is ready!

Indian Raw Salad of Cucumber , Natural Yogurt and Spices , called Kakri Raita

 


Ingredients:
1)1 thick cucumber or some thin 
2)A bit of salt
3)1 sieve
4)1 pinch of cumin 
5)1 pinch of coriander
6)1 pinch of black pepper in powder as your wish
7)Half cup of natural yogurt : 85 g

Way of To Do:
1)Grate the cucucumber(s) in a bowl and put salt to take out the water of the cucumber
2)Put the cucumber in a sieve and press with a spoon to help in drain the water , trowing out the water 
3)After take out the water , take out from the sieve and put in the bowl again 
4)Put the yofurt and mix
5)Add curiander , cumin and black pepper and mix well
6)Put in a beautiful bowl you like . You can serve it with breads or as a salad in your lunch , dinner ... 
7)Your Indian salad kakri raita is ready !

This can be eaten with bread , or even , at lunch or dinner.

Indian Cooked Vegetables with Curry

 

 

Ingredients:
1)Half cauliflower divided in branches 
2)Half broccoli
3)2 small carrots cut in medium slices 
4)2 soup spoons of milk cream

5)4 soup spoons of coconut milk

6)1 tea spoon of grated ginger

7)Half well chopped onion

8)2 cloves of garlic

9)1 pinch of powder curry

10)Salt as your wish

11)1 soup spoon of  corn starch dissolved in half tea cup of water

12)Vegetable oil

13)1/4 of water

14)Alcohol vinegar

15)Water to make the curry sauce of the vegetables


Way of To Do:

1)Put the carrt , cauliflower and broccoli in a colander, over a cauldron with the water mixed with the vinegar , to not darken your cauldron

2)When the water begin to boil and bubble a quite , pierce your vegetables with a kniffe to checxk the cooking . If it's medium hard , it's already ready

3)Put in a medium pan the veegtable oil , garlic , onion and mix until gild 

4)Put the ginger and mix again

5)Put the curry powder

6) Put coconut milk and milk cream and mix , to incorporate the spices

7)Put water to make the base of the sauce

8)Add one soup spoon of corn starch in a  half cup of water a nd mix . Add bit by bit to the sauce and mixing to make it thick in the thickness you like. There is no necessity of to put the whole cup

9)Put the cooked vegetables in a beautiful bowl you like and pour sauce over the vegetables and mix , to involve the vegetables in the sauce

10)Your Indian curry of vegetables is ready !

Nepali Cooked Cabbage with Sesame and Spices

 


When I saw this recipe for the first time, I thought it very simple and unattractive , but even thus, I tried. I always thought that cababge has a bad smell and taste and that a cababge recipe just would get good with much spices, but today , I saw that I was wrong ! Always  test new food recipes and different spices combinations . the result can surprise you , ok ?

Ingredients:
*1/4 of light cabbage cut in thin stripes 
*1/4 cup of toasted white sesame seeds
*3 soup spoons of lemon juice
*Half chopped onion
*2 chopped cloves of garlic
*Salt as your wish
*Vegetable oil
*1 tea spoon of turmeric
*Black pepper powder as your wish

Way of To Do:
*Put in a pan the oil with garlic , onion and salt . Mix to gild and incorporate the flavour
*Put the sesame seeds in a pan and gid them , until they begin to get goild and jump. Turn off the pan.
*Put the sesame in the first pan and mix.
*Put the cabbage stripes in the pan and mix. Put more oil to cook and mix.
*add the turmeric and black pepper
*Put in a beautiful bowl and serve
*Your Nepali cabbage is ready!

Malaysian Food Of White Cabbage and Spices , called Kobis Goreng

 


 Ingredients:
*2/4of  white and purple cabbage head cut in thin stripes
*Half chopped onion
*2 cloves of chopped garlic
*1 quarter of curry tea spoon 
*1 tea spoon of mustard seed /powder
*1 full tea spoon of turmeric
*1 table spoon of grated ginger
*Vegetable oil
*Salt as your wish
*Hot paprika as your wish

Way of to Do:
*Put in the pan with oil the onion, garlic , mustard and salt and mix to flavor
*Add curry ,and ginger 
*Add the cabbage and mix with all to incorporate the spices
*Put , finally , the turmeric and hot paprika and mix , again
*Transfer all to a beautiful bowl you like and serve
*Your Malaysuan food is ready !

Sri Lankan Curry of Chickpeas , Coconut Milk and Spices


 

Ingredients:
* 1 tea cup of chickpea
*1 big chopped toamto
*Half onion chopped
*2 chopped garlic cloves
*1 tea spoon of garted ginger
*1 tea spoon of powder/seeds of mustard
*1 tea spoon of turmeric
*1 tea cup of coconut milk
*1 pinch of curry
*1 tea spoon of hot paprika
*Vegetable oil

Way of To Do:
*Let the chickpea in water on refrigerator and wash in a sieve on the next day
*Warm vegetable oil in a pan with garlic,salt, onion and mustard and mix to savor
*Put the tomato with a bit of water,to make it reduce in size and be turned into a paste and lid the pan to speed up the process and not make the food lose the smell
*Add the curry powder and turmeric 
*Add ,so,the chickpea
*Add the coconut milk 
*Put, finally, the hot paprika and mix
*Put it in a beautiful bowl to serve.Your chickpea is ready to eat!

Indian Recipe of Chickpea, Tomatoes and Spices , called Chana Massala

 

Ingredients:
*1 tea cup of chickpea
*2 well chopped mature tomatoes
*1 tea spoon of ginger
*Half chopped onion
*2 chopped garlic cloves
*Salt as your wish
*1 tea spoon of mustard seeds,or in powder
*1 pinch of garam massala
*1 tea spoon of turmeric
*1 pinch of cumin
*1 oinch of curiander
*1 pinch of curry

Way of To Do:
*Put the chickpea in water on previous day and wash it in a sieve on the next 
*Put the chickpea in a pressure pan with a bit of water , just the enought to cover it , plus two centimeters ,and after it begin to sizzle, wait 10 or 15 minutes, and after,turn off the pan.Put the pan into the sink and trow a bit of water, to cold the pan and to can open faster , and reduce the pressure.Let the pan get cold completely to open it,to not explode.Sieve 
*Put oil , garlic, onion  and salt in a pan and cook
*Put the mustard powder / seeds and cook
*Put cumin , curry , curiander , ginger and gild 
*Add the tomatoes and put water. Lid the pan until it get reduced in size and turn into a paste
*After, sieve the chipeas and put in the pan
*Finally,put the massala and turmeric
*Mix everything and put in a beautiful bowl
*Your Indian chickpea is ready to serve and eat!

South Korean of Raw Light Cabbage with Carrot and Spices

 


 Ingredients:
*1/4 light green cabbage cut in thin stripes
*1/4 half purple cabbage 
*1 tea spoon of chopped ginger
*2 medium grated carrots 
*1 tea spoon of hot paprika
*Toasted black and white sesame seeeds
*1 dessert spoon of sesame oil
*2 medium cloves of garlic well chopped 
*Soy sauce 
*Half well chopped onion

Way of To Do
*Mix the cabbage with carrot in a bowl
*Add the sesame seeds
*Add the ginger
*Add the hot paprika
*Add the sesame oil
*Add the garlic with onion 
*Add,finally,the soy sauce,until cover all the mixed ingredients
*Put all in a beautiful bowl you like and serve.Your South Korean salad is ready!
