South Korean Food of Cabbage, Tomato, Radish and Spices called Kimchi


Ingredients:

*2/8 of Green and purple cabbage cut in think stripes 
*Four medium radishes cut in thin slices
*4 medium tomatoes well chopped 
*1 table spoon of grated ginger 
*Half onion well chopped 
*2 garlic cloves well chopped 
*Salt as your wish 
*Chimichurri spice as your wish 
*1/2 tea spoon of hot paprika 
*Vegetable oil
*5 soup spoons of toasted sesame 
*1 sachet of tomato sauce 

Way of To Do:
*Put in a big pan the vegetable oil, salt , onion, garlic and ginger gild them 
*Add the tomato ,cover them with a bit of water , lid the pan to dry the water and turn them into a paste.
*When it became a paste , add the tomato sauce from the sachet and pour the cabbage, mixing it to be incorporated in the sauce. Turn off the oven .
*Add the chimichurri and the sesame .
*So, add the radish 
*Put the hot paprika and mix. 
*Put in a beautiful bowl and serve. Your Kimchi is ready. Enjoy !!
