Ingredients:
*2/4 of red pumpkin cut in cubes
*Half onion well chopped
*2 garlic cloves well chopped
*Salt as your wish
*1 table spoon of grated ginger
*1 tea spoon of turmeric
*Half tea spoon of coriander
*2 tea spoons of fenugreek
*Coconut oil to cook the spices
*Grated and dried coconut
Way of To Do:
*Cut the pumpkin in medium slices and peel with a vegetables peeler
*Cut the slices in medium cubes
*Put them in a cauldron with water in an amount enough to cover them and turn them oven to boil them . When the water begin to boil , turn off
*Drain the water from the pumpkin using a colander and reserve it.
*Add in a medium pan the coconut oil, garlic , ginger , salt and mix to gild them
*Add turmeric , fenugreek and coriander . Mix them again
*Add the pumpkin cubesand mix to make them incorporate the spices
*Turn off the oven and add the grated coconut
*Put in a beautiful bowl and serve. Your cheynempet pusnika is ready. Enjoy !!
