Ingredients :
*1/4 of green cabbage cut in thin slices
*1/4 of purple cabbage cut in thin slices
*1 table spoon of grated gimger
*2 garlic cloves well chopped
*Hlaf medium onion well chopped
*Salt as your wish
*1 tea spoon of turmeric
*1 tea spoon of curry powder
*1 soup spoon of fenugreek
*1 soup spoon of mustard seeds
*Coconut oil
*Coconut milk
Way of To Do:
*Put in a big pan the coconut oil with onion , garlic , ginger and cook until the onion and garlic get transparent
*So, add the mustard seeds and mix until it begins to jump
*Put the turmeric , curry , fenugreek and mix to be incorporated in the spices base
*Add the half of the cabbage you cut and mix . You should do that , to the cbbage not get too much cooked , losing its crunchiness and the purple cabbage lose its intense and beautiful colour . Mix the cabbage to incorporate it in the spices. Anyway , mix briefly , just to incorporate the cabbage in the spices .
*Add the cococnut milk in an amount enough to involve the cababge , but without to make a soap! So, turn off the oven .
*Pour the another half of the cabbage and mix.
*Put your cabbage in a beautiful bowl and serve. Your gova curry is ready. Enjoy !!
