Ingredients:
*1 cup (250 ml) of chickpea
*Salt as your wish
*Sweet paprika as your wish
*Vegetable oil
*Hot paprika as your wish
*Water to put the chickpea to moisturize
*Bowl to put chickpea in water
*1 plastic sieve to wash and drain the chickpea
*1 little eletric oven to grill the chickpeas]
*1 aluminun foil leaf
Way of To Do:
*Put the chickpea in water from the previous day to the following
*So, put the chickpeas in a plastic sieve to wash and take out the foam
*Transfer them to a bowl to season
*Add the salt , hot and swet paprikas
*Drip vegetable oil and spread in them , mixing with a spoon
*Put the aluminun foil leaf in the oven to grll the chickpeas
*Turn on the oven to grill them
*Pierce them with a fork sometimes to check if they are already grilled
*After ready , transfer them to a beautiful bowl. Your Indian chickpea snack already is ready ! Enjoy !
