Phillipine Food of Smooked Eggplant with Spices called Tortang Talong

Ingredients:
*1 medium Eggplant
*Half onion well chopped
*2 garlic cloves well chopped
*Salt as your wish 
*1 pinch of sweet paprika 
*1 pinch of garam massala
*1 pinch of curry 
*Vegetable Oil
*1 silicone brush
*1 airfryer

Way of to do:
*Put the eggplant directly in the flame of a small mouth of the oven to smooke it. Turn it in all the directions to make it lose water and to wither . That's what will give those special smooked taste !
*When the eggplant is ready, turn off the oven and put in a plate when it's still hot , scraping the peel with a fork to remove it . Cut the stem. Reserve.
*Add salt, onion ,garlic and the spices 
*Model the dought in eggplant's shape
*Pass oil in it trought a silicone brush 
*Put in the airfryer under the temperature of 180° during 15 minutes. 
*Open the air frier in the middle of the time to turn it into the other side.
*When it's ready, turn off and put in a beautiful plate you like and serve it. Your tortang talong is here ! Enjoy !!
