Ingredients:
1)Half onion well chopped
2)1 soup spoon of ghee
3)1 pinch of cumin
4)1 tea spoon of grated ginger
5)2 tea spoons of turmeric
6)Half cauliflower separated by branches
7)Half broccoli separated by branches
8)4 carrots cut in slices
9)1 cup of lentils
10)Salt
11)a bit of vinegar
12)Water to cook the vegetables over the steam
Way of To Do:
1)Let the lentils in a vessel with water , covering the lentils , plus a bit more of water , in a high of 2 cm , from one day to the following
2)Wash the lentils in a sieve to drain the water and reserve them
3)Put water with a bit of vinegar and put the vegetables into a colander to cook the vegetables and lid it . Wait until the water begin to bubble and turn off the oven, reserving the vegetables
4)Put in a pan the ghee butter with the onion and salt to gild and saborize them
5)Add the garlic and ginger
6)Add the cumin
7)Add the vegetables and mik them in the spices to saborize them
8)Add the lentils, too
9)Put the turmeric and mix to be incorporated in the vegetables and turn off the oven
10)Pur them in a beautiful bowl you like and serve . Your kichari is ready !
