Ingredients:
*1 eggplant
* Tahini (see the recipe in the link of this own blog https://stunningindia1.blogspot.com/2024/12/homemade-arabic-food-of-sesame-cream.html?m=1)
*Garlic
*Onion
*Salt
*Lemon
*Oil
Way of To Do:
*Put the eggplant directly in the flame if the oven,to smoke it,until it becomes wrinkled
*Open the eggplant and take out the pulp.Let it cool.
*Put in a pan the oil,garlic,onion and salt and cook it
*Put the eggplant and mix ,to incorporate the seasoning
*Take out from the pan and put the tahine in a bowl
*Put the lemon to finish
Your babaganoush is ready !
