Ingredients
*1 medium eggplant
*1 chopped tomato
*1 teaspoon of chopped ginger
*1 soup spoon of chopped green pepper
*1 pinch of curry
*Oil
*Salt
*Onion
*Garlic
Spices :
*1 pinch of powder coriander
*1 pinch of hot paprika
*1 pinch of garam masala
*1 pinch of cumin
*1 pinch of powder black chilli
*1 teaspoon of turmeric
Way of To Do
1)Put the eggplant directly in the flame of oven until get baked and a little wrinkled
2)Let it cool. Then, remove the pulp and set aside.
3)In a pan,pot the oil,salt, onion and garlic
4)Put ginger and curry
5)Put pepper and tomato.Put a bit of water,if necessary
6)Put the spices : coriander,garam massala,
paprika,cumin.Mix until it lose size
7)Put the eggplant ,and add the black chilli as your wish
8)Put the turmeric and mix
Your Bhaingan Barta is ready !!
