Indian Food of Cabbage , Tomato and Spices called Pata Gobi Chawal

 

In the traditional recipe,the rice is cooked in a pressure pan to be added to the cabbage with spices.But I made the rice in a normal pan and ate togheter with the cabbage,but without to mix both in the same bowl.

Ingredients:

*Half cabbage cut in medium size chess shape 
*3 medium mature tomatos cut in small cubes
*Half onion chopped in very smal pieces
*2 very well chopped cloves of garlic
*1 pinch of curry
*1 pinch of cumin
*1 pinch of curiander
*1 tea spoon of grated ginger
*3 cloves 
*2 cinnamon sticks
*1 tea spoon of turmeric
*Hot paprika as your wish
*Half tea spoon of garam massala spice
*Vegetable oil

Way of To Do:
*Put in a medium pan the oil,onion,garlic,clove,cinamon,curiander,cumin and 1 pinch of curry to flavour and gild
*Put the ginger to gild,too
*Now,put the tomato to make it become soft,a nd put water to help in this proccess.Put the lid of the pan to speed up the process and the smell not be lost
*After the tomato be reduced in size and the water dried,put the spices:turmeric,garam massala,curiander and mix well.With a clamp,you can take out the cloves and cinnamon 
*Before add the cabbage,put a thread of oil to help in frying.Add , so, the cabbage.Mix all very well!
*Put in a plate or bowl and serve.Your pata gobi is ready!
