The traditional recipe puts too much salt,do make the cucumber lose its water ,but we know that use too much salt if not good for health,mostly for who has hypertension and the intention of this blog is to do healthy recipes to all necessities !
Ingredients:
*1 cucumber cut in round thin slices.To do this, use the horizontal blade of the vegetable grater.
*Salt as your wish
*A balanced amount of water
*1 table spoon of alcohol vinegar
*Some drops of sweetener
*Black and/or white sesame seeds, as your wish
Way of To Do:
*Put the cucumber in a bowl and apply salt
*Put the water,vinegar and the sweetener
*Put the sesame seeds
*Mix all
Your Japanese salad is ready !
