Ingredients:
1)700 g texturized soy protein
2)250 g of kibbeh wheat
3)1 large onion
4)Mint
5)1 bunch of mint
6)Extra virgin olive oil
7)1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
8)1 tea spoon of Syrian pepper
9) 2 soup spoon of chia seeds
10)2 soup spoon of linseed
11)3/4 tea cup of water
12)Salt as your wish
Way of to do:
1)First, wash the kibbeh wheat well until the water runs clear. Then ,let it soak so that there is at least 2 fingers of water above the wheat, because it grows.
2)Boil the chia and linseeds in water, to extract the jelly and after boiled, sieve the seeds and use it in a recipe you like . Reserve the jelly and put in refrigerator to get very cold
3)Finely chop the onion and mint.
4)Drain all the water from the kibbeh in a clean cloth.
5)Add the texturized soy protein, dry wheat, chopped onion and mint, salt, Syrian pepper, olive oil and finally ,the water with jelly from the seeds, and mix well until all the ingredients are homogeneous.
6)Place in a dish, drizzle with a little more olive oil and place in the refrigerator.
7)Serve after 1 hour with pita bread.
