I created this recipe to be an air frier food make,to be more healthier and options to 2 inds of people :those who eats eggs and those who don't eat ,using chia jelly,instead !If you put chia jelly,you don't need to use eggs.After all,my mum taught to me that chia jelly is stronger than eggs , did you know that ?
*1 tea cup of texturized soy protein
*Wheat kibbeh to give league
*2 eggs / soup spoons of chia seeds in the proportion of the amont of dough
*1 smooked eggplant
*The right amount of water , just few more than the spoons of chia
*2 spoons of chia seeds , instead of eggs if you prefer
*Salt
*Vegetable oil or butter
*Silicone brush
*1 plastic sieve
*1 plastic spatula
*1 pinch of masala
*1 pinch of curiander
*1 pinch of cumin
*1 pinch of beef ribbs ( is a spice with grilled taste,but doesn't have meat)
Way of To Do:
*Smook the eggplant directly in the oven flame
*Open it,take out the pulp and reserve it
*Boil the chia seeds in the water
*Sift the chia seeds and use to put in your breakfast yogurt,for example and use the chia jelly to give league in the beefs.If you put the chia jelly,you don't need to put the eggs,of course!
*Mix the soy protein with eggs /chia jelly to give league
*Put the wheat kibbeh to give league
*Put the eggplant,too,to give league
*Put the salt and the spices and mix
*Make beefs,shaping them in your hand palm
*Pass butter/oil trought the silicone brush in both sides of the beef,turning it in your hand trought the spatula and in the diameter
*Put in the air frier , in the silicone formwork, for 10 minutes,of both sides
*After finished to bake, put all in a plate.
Your veggie smooked beefs are ready !
