The traditional recipe is made in the pressure pan and with spinach, but spinach is more expensive and the prssure pan is more difficult to manage ,cause we have to put the exact amount of time to the leaves don't dry and get burned.
Ingredients :
*1 branch of dark cabbage cut in thin stripes
*1 tea spoon of vcery well chopped ginger
*2 chopped cloves of garlic
*Half chopped onion
*Salt as your wish

*Half tea spoon of cumin
*1 tea spoon of turmeric
*Half tea cup of white cheese cubes
*1 blender
*1 sieve
*1 big bowl
*Water of the blended cabbage
Way of To Do:
*Put the cabbage stripes in blender with a bit of water, with just the enough amount to turn it into a cream
*Sieve the water of the cabbage in the bowl.Reserve this juice.
*Put in the pan the garlic , onion and the ghee butter to gild them
*Add the ginger and mix all, putting a bit of the reserved cabbage juice to not burn.the rest of the juice,you can blend with beetroot , carrot ,orange
*Add the cumin
*So,add the sieved cabbage and mix with all
*Put the turmeric and mix again
*Put in a beautiful bowl and serve. Your bowl is ready !
