Indian Medicinal Butter called Ghee


 In ayurveda (traditional Indian medicine) , they make a special kind of butter , called ghee liquid gold , or clarified butter.It consists of a melted butter, taking the milk out.Is said that the ghee is antioxidant, cause when we cook with the butter togheter with milk oxidizes when is harmed.

Ingredients:

*The amoint of butter you want

*A high pan

*A big spatula 

*A pot to save the ghee

*A pot to reserve te white part

*A thin wood spoon to mix the butter 


Way of To Do:

*Warm the butter in pan under low flame to not burn

*Mix until it get melted

*When it get melted , take out the milk in the surface and put in a pot,with care to separate well

*Pour the yellow part in the another pot and save in the refrigarator
