Ingredients:
1)4 small well choped tomatoes
2)Half chopped onion
3)2 choped cloves of garlic
4)2 soup spoons of coconut milk
5)2 tea spoons of cococnut oil
6)1 tea spoon of turmeric
7)Salt as your wish
8)Vegetable oil
Way of To Do:
1)Put oil , onion and garlic in the pan and cook to savor
2)Put the tomatoes with a bit of water and lid the pan , until they diminize of size an be turned into a paste
3)Put the coconut milk and the coconut oil
4)Add the turmeric and mix
5)Put in a vessel you like and serve . Your tomato chutney is ready!
This can be eaten with bread , or even , at lunch or dinner.
