Ingredients:
1)1 thick cucumber or some thin
2)A bit of salt
3)1 sieve
4)1 pinch of cumin
5)1 pinch of coriander
6)1 pinch of black pepper in powder as your wish
7)Half cup of natural yogurt : 85 g
Way of To Do:
1)Grate the cucucumber(s) in a bowl and put salt to take out the water of the cucumber
2)Put the cucumber in a sieve and press with a spoon to help in drain the water , trowing out the water
3)After take out the water , take out from the sieve and put in the bowl again
4)Put the yofurt and mix
5)Add curiander , cumin and black pepper and mix well
6)Put in a beautiful bowl you like . You can serve it with breads or as a salad in your lunch , dinner ...
7)Your Indian salad kakri raita is ready !
This can be eaten with bread , or even , at lunch or dinner.
