When I saw this recipe for the first time, I thought it very simple and unattractive , but even thus, I tried. I always thought that cababge has a bad smell and taste and that a cababge recipe just would get good with much spices, but today , I saw that I was wrong ! Always test new food recipes and different spices combinations . the result can surprise you , ok ?
Ingredients:
*1/4 of light cabbage cut in thin stripes
*1/4 cup of toasted white sesame seeds
*3 soup spoons of lemon juice
*Half chopped onion
*2 chopped cloves of garlic
*Salt as your wish
*Vegetable oil
*1 tea spoon of turmeric
*Black pepper powder as your wish
Way of To Do:
*Put in a pan the oil with garlic , onion and salt . Mix to gild and incorporate the flavour
*Put the sesame seeds in a pan and gid them , until they begin to get goild and jump. Turn off the pan.
*Put the sesame in the first pan and mix.
*Put the cabbage stripes in the pan and mix. Put more oil to cook and mix.
*add the turmeric and black pepper
*Put in a beautiful bowl and serve
*Your Nepali cabbage is ready!
