Sri Lankan Curry of Chickpeas , Coconut Milk and Spices


 

Ingredients:
* 1 tea cup of chickpea
*1 big chopped toamto
*Half onion chopped
*2 chopped garlic cloves
*1 tea spoon of garted ginger
*1 tea spoon of powder/seeds of mustard
*1 tea spoon of turmeric
*1 tea cup of coconut milk
*1 pinch of curry
*1 tea spoon of hot paprika
*Vegetable oil

Way of To Do:
*Let the chickpea in water on refrigerator and wash in a sieve on the next day
*Warm vegetable oil in a pan with garlic,salt, onion and mustard and mix to savor
*Put the tomato with a bit of water,to make it reduce in size and be turned into a paste and lid the pan to speed up the process and not make the food lose the smell
*Add the curry powder and turmeric 
*Add ,so,the chickpea
*Add the coconut milk 
*Put, finally, the hot paprika and mix
*Put it in a beautiful bowl to serve.Your chickpea is ready to eat!
