Indian Recipe of Chickpea, Tomatoes and Spices , called Chana Massala

 

Ingredients:
*1 tea cup of chickpea
*2 well chopped mature tomatoes
*1 tea spoon of ginger
*Half chopped onion
*2 chopped garlic cloves
*Salt as your wish
*1 tea spoon of mustard seeds,or in powder
*1 pinch of garam massala
*1 tea spoon of turmeric
*1 pinch of cumin
*1 oinch of curiander
*1 pinch of curry

Way of To Do:
*Put the chickpea in water on previous day and wash it in a sieve on the next 
*Put the chickpea in a pressure pan with a bit of water , just the enought to cover it , plus two centimeters ,and after it begin to sizzle, wait 10 or 15 minutes, and after,turn off the pan.Put the pan into the sink and trow a bit of water, to cold the pan and to can open faster , and reduce the pressure.Let the pan get cold completely to open it,to not explode.Sieve 
*Put oil , garlic, onion  and salt in a pan and cook
*Put the mustard powder / seeds and cook
*Put cumin , curry , curiander , ginger and gild 
*Add the tomatoes and put water. Lid the pan until it get reduced in size and turn into a paste
*After, sieve the chipeas and put in the pan
*Finally,put the massala and turmeric
*Mix everything and put in a beautiful bowl
*Your Indian chickpea is ready to serve and eat!
