Nepali Cabbage with Tomato , Peas and Spices , called Banda Ko Tarkari

 


 Ingredients:
1)1 purple onion , very well chopped
2)2 cloves of garlic well chopped
3)1 pinch of curiander
4)1 pinch of cumin
5)1 tea spoon of grated ginger
6)3 medium well chopped tomatoes
7)1 tea spoon of turmeric
8)3 cups of cooked green peas
9)1/4 of green big cabbage cut in medium stripes
10)1 tea spoon of fenugreek
11)1 tea spoon of hot paprika
12)3 green big peppers cut in medium stripes
13)Vegetable oil
14)A bit of water to cover the tomatoes

Way of To Do:
1)Put the purple onion , with salt in the pan with oil and cook to saborize
2)Put the garlic with ginger  , fenugreek , curiander , cumin and mix again
3)Put the big peppers and mix to incorporate the flavours
4)Put the tomatoes with water and lid the pan to cook and make the tomatoes drecease of size and be turned in a paste
5)Add the cabbage and mix everything
6)Put the turmeric with hot paprika and mix all 
7)Add the green peas and the end.
8)Put in a beautiful bow you like and serve . Your Nepali cabbage is ready !!
