Indian Cooked Vegetables with Curry

 

 

Ingredients:
1)Half cauliflower divided in branches 
2)Half broccoli
3)2 small carrots cut in medium slices 
4)2 soup spoons of milk cream

5)4 soup spoons of coconut milk

6)1 tea spoon of grated ginger

7)Half well chopped onion

8)2 cloves of garlic

9)1 pinch of powder curry

10)Salt as your wish

11)1 soup spoon of  corn starch dissolved in half tea cup of water

12)Vegetable oil

13)1/4 of water

14)Alcohol vinegar

15)Water to make the curry sauce of the vegetables


Way of To Do:

1)Put the carrt , cauliflower and broccoli in a colander, over a cauldron with the water mixed with the vinegar , to not darken your cauldron

2)When the water begin to boil and bubble a quite , pierce your vegetables with a kniffe to checxk the cooking . If it's medium hard , it's already ready

3)Put in a medium pan the veegtable oil , garlic , onion and mix until gild 

4)Put the ginger and mix again

5)Put the curry powder

6) Put coconut milk and milk cream and mix , to incorporate the spices

7)Put water to make the base of the sauce

8)Add one soup spoon of corn starch in a  half cup of water a nd mix . Add bit by bit to the sauce and mixing to make it thick in the thickness you like. There is no necessity of to put the whole cup

9)Put the cooked vegetables in a beautiful bowl you like and pour sauce over the vegetables and mix , to involve the vegetables in the sauce

10)Your Indian curry of vegetables is ready !
