Ingredients:
1)2 medium zucchinis ( it must to be of medium size , to not be bitter) cut in slices
2)1/4 chopped onion
3)2 chopped garlic cloves
4)2 medium carrots cut in slices
5)Salt as your wish
6)Water enough just to cover the vegetables
7)Half table spoon of grated ginger
8)1 tea spoon of garam massala
9)1 tea spoon of turmeric
10)1 pinch of black pepper powder
11)1/4 tea spoon of cumin
12)Half soup spoon of ghee
Way of To Do:
1)Put in the pressure pan the ghee butter, salt and onion and cook under low flame to not burn the spices
2)Put the garlic and the ginger and mix to incorporate the flavours
3)Add the massala , cumin , turmeric and black pepper and mix fastly , to the spices don't become very strong , hot and toxic
4)Add the carrot , zucchini and put water
5)Lid the pressure pan , and when it begin to sizzle and whistle , mark 10 minutes in the stop watch .
6)After the 10 minutes, turn off the pan and put it into the sink , under the water faucet , to stop with the heat and make go out the steam , to can open and avoid the terrible pan explosion ,and pull up the pin of the pan to help in take out the steam , too .
7)Pour all the content of your pan in the blender and blend it , until obtain a homogenous liquid
8)Put the soup in the pan again , to make the soup get more ful-bodied , but without to lid and wait to sizzle , as in the beginning . Mix until get the wished consistency
9)Pour your soup in a beautiful bow you like and serve. Your ayurvedic soup is ready!
