Thai Spaguetti with Soy Protein, Bean Sprouts , Carrots and Spices, called Pad Twa Ngok

Ingredients

*Half pack of thin spaguetti 

*2 medium grated carrots 

*2 medium cloves of garlic 

*Half chopped onion

*I table spoon of grated ginger 

*300 g of bean sprout 

*1 tea spoon of sesame oil

*1 cup of light colour soy protein 

*2 tea spoon of hot paprika 

*Soy sauce as your wish 

*1 table spoon of corn starch

*Water in a amount enought to make a sauce 

*Vegetable oil 

Way of To Do:

*Boil the soy protein in as amount of water enought to cover it 

*Put the corn starch in half cup of water, mix to dissolve the corn starch and reserve .

*Put the soy into a voil , pour cold water into the bag to not burn your hands and squeeze It. So , reserve the doy .

*Boil water in a high cauldron in an about enought to cover the spaguetti and put one soup spoon of salt

*After the water boil strongly , put the spaguetti, mixing to not stick 

*After begin to boil , check trought a catcher if it for the consistency required : harder or soft in the measure of your wish. After get the wished consistency , drain in a colander , buying cold water to stop the cooking process. Put olive oil the spaguetti to not stick

*Put the bean sprout in a mug , with water enought to cover it . Turn on the oven and let it boil . When it begins to boil , turn off and dry in a colander . Reserve it.

*Put vegetable oil in a pan , add onion,  and mix.

*Put garlic, ginger and mix to saborize 

*Add the soy protein and mix to saborize 

*Put the carrots

*Add water and soy sauce . Turn on the oven and add corn starch bit by bit , mixing to not thicken too much 

*Turn off the oven. Put the sesame oil , the hot paprika and mix .

*Put is a beautiful vessels you like and serve . Your Thai spaguetti is ready !
