Ingredients:
*1/2 cup of wheat kibbeh
*2 mature tomatoes
*Water to cover the wheat kibbeh
*1/2 onion chopped in very small pieces
*1/2 tea cup of salse
*1/2 tea cup of fresh mint leaves
*Juice of 1 lemon
*1/4 cup of olive oil
*1 Plastic sieve
*Salt as your wish
Way Of To Do:
*Put the wheat kibbeh in a bowl and covr it with water , to moisturize it
*When the water disappear ,it's a signal that the wheat kibbeh is moisturized
*Drain the wheat kibbeh in the sieve
*Mix the tomato,onion and garlic with the wheat
*Put the mint and the salse
*Mix , finally , with the salt, lemon juice and the olive oil
*Put all in a beautiful bowl and serve.
Your tabbouleh is ready!
