*400 g of grind texturized soy protein
*135 g of wheat kibbeh
* Soup spoons of tapioca flour , be sweet or sour
*2 little onions chopped
*2 chopped garlic cloves
*Mint leaves
*Salt
*Powder Syrian pepper
*Water
*4 soup spoons of chia seeds
* Vegetable oil
*Air frier
*Sylicone brush to spread oil in the kibbeh
*Plastic spatula
*Blender
Way of To Do:
*Put the wheat kibbeh in a 335 l of hot water to speed the hydratation
*After hydrated,mix it with the soy meat
*Blend mint leaves ,onion,garlic in the blender with a bit of water,to get the consistency of a cream , to make easier to blend
*Mix it with the kibbeh wheat and soy
*Boil the chia seeds with water , covering them with a bit of water, overcoming few the amount of chia
*Mix with a wood spoon , making a jelly. If it's too hard and thick , put another bit of water
*Put the chia seeds togheter with the wheat kibbeh and soy , to give league
*Add the salt and the Syrian pepper
*Put the tapioca flour and mix again
*Make the kibbes , spreading oil in them trought the brush . See the steps i the photos bellow , to model the kibbeh
1)Make a ball on a small size,like that:
2)Knid the dough in your hand palm,flattening it to take out the air
*Take them out from the air frier and put in a beautiful plate to serve them.
Your veggie kibbeh is ready !
