Veggie Burger of Soy Protein and Spices

 


 

Ingredients:
*1 tea cup of texturized soy protein
*Half onion chopped
*2 soup spoons of chia 
*The amount of water enough to cover the chia seeds
*2 medium cloves of garlic
*1 pinch of masala
*1 pinch of curry
*1 pinch of sweet paprika
*1 pinch of salt
*1 silicone brush
*Air frier
*Vegetable oil

Way of To Do
*Put the chia seeds in water to moisturize.If you find that its getting too hard,but another bit of water
*After moisturized,mix it with the soy
*Put the garlic and onion with salt and mix 
*Put the spices and mix again 
*Shape the beefs in your hand and pass oil trought silicone brush to put them in air frier
*Put the beefs in the grill part for 10 minutes in each side of beef
*After ready,put in a plate and serve
*Your veggie beef is ready!
