Ingredients :
*Chopped and kneaded palm heart trought a fork in an amount enought to give the shape of a flesh
*2 well chopped garlic cloves
*A pinch of salt
*Half little onion well chopped
*1 tea spoon of lemon juice
*2 soup spoon of linseed
*Water
*Oat bran
*Olive oil
*Silicone brush
*Little oven or air frier
*A plastic sieve
Way of To Do:
*Boil the linseeds in an amount of water enough to cover them and pour all in a plastic sieve
*Reserve the liquid resulting and use the linseeds in your yogurt
*Add the garlic and onion
*Put salt wth the lemon juice
*Add the liquid of the linseed in an amount enought to make an homogenous paste and shape it in the form of a fish flesh
*Line a plate with the oat bran to bread the vegetarian fish
*Put the vegetarian fish in the plate , pouring the oat over it to bread in both sides
*Spread olive oil in it trough the silicone brush in both sides
*Put in the air frier fot 10 miniutes (5 of each side) or little oven for a good time
*When the tim,e of to take out it from the oven/air frier , do that and put it in a beautiful plate to serve .
*Your vegetarian fish of beach side is ready . Enjoy !
