Indian Food of Cabbage , Tomatoes , Peas and Spices called Patta Gobhi Matar

 

 

Ingredients:
*2/8 of green and purple cabbage
*2 mature tomatoes well chopped
*Water
*Half onion well chopped
*2 garlic cloves well choppedd
*Salt as your wish
*1 pinch of garam massala spice
*1 pinch of coriander
*1 pinch of cumin
*1 tea spoon of turmeric
*Half cup of peas

Way of To Do:
*Put oil, onion ,garlic amd salt in the pan to cook 
*When they get trasnparent, add the tomatoes with water in an amount enought to cover them . Lid the pan to dry the water and turn them into a paste.
*When the tomatoes were turned into a paste, add the garam massala, coriander,cumin and turmeric . Mix them to incorporate the spices in the tomato paste. 
*Pour the cabbages to be incorporated in the spices . Mix well to involve them in the spices with tomato and turn off the oven, to not cook themm too much and the cabbage not lose the crunchy texture.
*Add the peas and mix quickly.
*Put in in a berutiful bowl you like and serve. Your Patta Gobhi Matar is ready. Enjoy!!

South Korean Food of Cabbage, Tomato, Radish and Spices called Kimchi


Ingredients:

*2/8 of Green and purple cabbage cut in think stripes 
*Four medium radishes cut in thin slices
*4 medium tomatoes well chopped 
*1 table spoon of grated ginger 
*Half onion well chopped 
*2 garlic cloves well chopped 
*Salt as your wish 
*Chimichurri spice as your wish 
*1/2 tea spoon of hot paprika 
*Vegetable oil
*5 soup spoons of toasted sesame 
*1 sachet of tomato sauce 

Way of To Do:
*Put in a big pan the vegetable oil, salt , onion, garlic and ginger gild them 
*Add the tomato ,cover them with a bit of water , lid the pan to dry the water and turn them into a paste.
*When it became a paste , add the tomato sauce from the sachet and pour the cabbage, mixing it to be incorporated in the sauce. Turn off the oven .
*Add the chimichurri and the sesame .
*So, add the radish 
*Put the hot paprika and mix. 
*Put in a beautiful bowl and serve. Your Kimchi is ready. Enjoy !!

Malaysian Food of Cabbage and Spices called Kobis Goreng

 

 

Ingredients:
*2/8 of  green and purple cabbage head cut in thin stripes
*Half chopped onion
*2 cloves of chopped garlic
*1/2  curry tea spoon 
*1 tea spoon of mustard seed /powder
*1 full tea spoon of turmeric
*1 table spoon of grated ginger
*Vegetable oil
*Salt as your wish
*Hot paprika as your wish

Way of to Do:
*Put in a big pan with oil the onion, garlic , ginger , salt and mix to flavour. Is important that the pan be big, to mix well and freely the igredients and not spend too much time to mix them, making them too much soft ; the cabbage shuld be crunchy!
*Add curry , mustard and turmeric
*Add the cabbage and mix with all to incorporate the spices
*Put , finally , the  hot paprika and mix , again
*Transfer all to a beautiful bowl you like and serve
*Your Kobis Goreng is ready. Enjoy !!

Phillipine Food of Smooked Eggplant with Spices called Tortang Talong

Ingredients:
*1 medium Eggplant
*Half onion well chopped
*2 garlic cloves well chopped
*Salt as your wish 
*1 pinch of sweet paprika 
*1 pinch of garam massala
*1 pinch of curry 
*Vegetable Oil
*1 silicone brush
*1 airfryer

Way of to do:
*Put the eggplant directly in the flame of a small mouth of the oven to smooke it. Turn it in all the directions to make it lose water and to wither . That's what will give those special smooked taste !
*When the eggplant is ready, turn off the oven and put in a plate when it's still hot , scraping the peel with a fork to remove it . Cut the stem. Reserve.
*Add salt, onion ,garlic and the spices 
*Model the dought in eggplant's shape
*Pass oil in it trought a silicone brush 
*Put in the airfryer under the temperature of 180° during 15 minutes. 
*Open the air frier in the middle of the time to turn it into the other side.
*When it's ready, turn off and put in a beautiful plate you like and serve it. Your tortang talong is here ! Enjoy !!

Homemade Natural Yogurt - Firm and Delicious !

 


My revenue which works very well !
Attention :  Follow faithfully the step by step and not exchange the ingedients

Ingredients :
*  1 bag of pasteurized integral milk 
*1 cup 170g  of integral milk (just 2 ingredenmts : milk and yeast) in room temperature
*1 culinary thermometer 

Way of To Do: 
*Take the milk to the oven..When it begins to boil, turn off 
*keep putting the thermometer until the milk reach the temperature of 45ÂșC
*Add the yogurt and mix quickly to not cool the milk
*Pour in 1 or 2 sterelized (witth alcohol or microwave) glass pots 
*Put the pots without lid in a plate fabric , tying the 4 tips , involving that bundle in a hot fabric , as for example, blanket, scarf or wool blouse 
*Is necessary that the mixture get hot the biggest time possible for that the lactobaclli can multiply themselves. if we heat too much the milk and add the yogurt, the lactobacilli die ; cause that , the thermometer is indispensable !
*Put the pot in the stove's oven or dark cabinet and keep the door closed

Observation : Let it curdling for 8 hours . If the weather is very cold, it can take until 12 hours to curdle. Heat the oven for 10 minutes and turn off to , so, put the pot 
 *After this time , verify if it curdled a, at the point of tilt the pot and the content not be poured
*Put in the refrigerator for 21 hours , still without lid , to cool it. by whole
*Right away , lid and let im the refrigerator. Consume until within 7 days

Sugestion : eat with fruits , as for example, strawberry , papaya , mango, etc , and add honey bee over it. 

*Your natural yogurt is ready . Enjoy !!

Snacks of Chickpea with Spices , in Indian Style


Ingredients:
*1 cup (250 ml) of chickpea
*Salt as your wish
*Sweet paprika as your wish
*Vegetable oil
*Hot paprika as your wish
*Water to put the chickpea to moisturize
*Bowl to put chickpea in water
*1 plastic sieve to wash and drain the chickpea
*1 little eletric oven to grill the chickpeas]
*1 aluminun foil leaf


Way of  To Do:
*Put the chickpea in water from the previous day to the following
*So, put the chickpeas in a plastic sieve to wash and take out the foam 
*Transfer them to a bowl to season
*Add the salt , hot and swet paprikas
*Drip vegetable oil and spread in them , mixing with a spoon
*Put the aluminun foil leaf in the oven to grll the chickpeas
*Turn on the oven to grill them
*Pierce them with a fork sometimes to check if they are already grilled
*After ready , transfer them to a beautiful bowl. Your Indian chickpea snack already is ready ! Enjoy !

Indian Cream of Avocado and Spices, called Chutney

 



 Ingredients:
1)1 avocado kneaded trought a fork
2)Half onion well chopped
3)2 cloves of garlic well chopped
4)1 mature tomato chopped
5)1 pinch of curry
6)1 tea spoon of cardamom seeds
7)Vegetable oil
8)1 soup spoon of lemon juice
9)Salt as your wish
10)1 tea spoon of hot paprika 
11)1 thread of olive oil

Way of To Do:
1)Put in a pan the vegetable oil , onion and salt , cooking to gild the onion
2)Add the tomatoes and put a bit of water to reduced them in size and turn them into a paste
3)Add the tomato and put a bit of water , just the enough to cover them and lid the pan , to turn them into a paste
4)After get a paste , add the curry, cardamom  and mix .
5)Turn off the oven 
6)Pour the the avocado and add the lemon juice
7)Put a olive oil thread and mix
8)Pour it in a beautiful vessel you like and serve. Your avocado chutney is ready !

Thai Spaguetti with Soy Protein, Bean Sprouts , Carrots and Spices, called Pad Twa Ngok

Ingredients

*Half pack of thin spaguetti 

*2 medium grated carrots 

*2 medium cloves of garlic 

*Half chopped onion

*I table spoon of grated ginger 

*300 g of bean sprout 

*1 tea spoon of sesame oil

*1 cup of light colour soy protein 

*2 tea spoon of hot paprika 

*Soy sauce as your wish 

*1 table spoon of corn starch

*Water in a amount enought to make a sauce 

*Vegetable oil 

Way of To Do:

*Boil the soy protein in as amount of water enought to cover it 

*Put the corn starch in half cup of water, mix to dissolve the corn starch and reserve .

*Put the soy into a voil , pour cold water into the bag to not burn your hands and squeeze It. So , reserve the doy .

*Boil water in a high cauldron in an about enought to cover the spaguetti and put one soup spoon of salt

*After the water boil strongly , put the spaguetti, mixing to not stick 

*After begin to boil , check trought a catcher if it for the consistency required : harder or soft in the measure of your wish. After get the wished consistency , drain in a colander , buying cold water to stop the cooking process. Put olive oil the spaguetti to not stick

*Put the bean sprout in a mug , with water enought to cover it . Turn on the oven and let it boil . When it begins to boil , turn off and dry in a colander . Reserve it.

*Put vegetable oil in a pan , add onion,  and mix.

*Put garlic, ginger and mix to saborize 

*Add the soy protein and mix to saborize 

*Put the carrots

*Add water and soy sauce . Turn on the oven and add corn starch bit by bit , mixing to not thicken too much 

*Turn off the oven. Put the sesame oil , the hot paprika and mix .

*Put is a beautiful vessels you like and serve . Your Thai spaguetti is ready !
