Vegetarian Filet Mignon with Wooden Sauce and Mushrooms
Ingredients:
*Vegetarian filet mignon from the following link of this blog: https://indiancentre.blogspot.com/2026/01/vegetarian-filet-mignon.html
*Wooden sauce (you find it in supermarkets)in an amount enough to make a stew, but not, a soup
*Cut some mushrooms , in an amount as your wish , in thin slices in vertical sense
Way of To Do:
*Add the wooden sauce and mix , to the ingredients incorporate in the sauce
*Add the mushroom slices and mix a bit
*Turn off the oven and pour all in a beautiful bowl you like. Your vegetarian filet mignon with wooden sauce and mushrooms is ready. Enjoy!
Vegetarian Filet Mignon of Eggplant
Ingredients :
*2 small eggplants
*Half medium onion or two small onions well chopped
*Salt as your wish
*2 medium garlic cloves well chopped
*Vegetable oil
*1/4 tea spoon of cumin
*Half tea spoon of coriander
*Sweet parika to give a beautiful and hot orange colour to your vegetarian filet in an amount enought to give the appetizing orange wished colour and not get too strong
*Soy sauce called shoyu ( get a brand which doesnt use caramel coloring , as the brand Daimaru , found in Japanese/Chinese store) in a reasonable amount enought to darken the eggplant
Way of to Do:
*Cut the eggplants by half , and after , in medium stripes in vertical direction. After , cut each piece by half in vertical direction
*Pour the stripes in a cauldron with water in an amount enough to cover them and boil them.
*When they got boiled for 10 minutes , turn off the oven and pour in a sieve to drain the water.
*So, add in a medium pan the vegetable oil , onion , garlic and salt. Mix them until the onion gets transparent.
*Add the cuumin and coriander and mix well to incorporate them in the previous ingredients
*Pour the eggpplant stripes and mix with the other ingredients
*So, add the shoyu to make it get a darker colour and togheter with the sweet paprika , cause the shoyu has not the caramel coloring which gives a orange colour
*Mix the eggplant stripes to penetrate the shoyu and the paprika in them
*After, turn opff the oven flame and pour it in a beuatiful bowl you like and sreve. Your vegetarian filet mignon is ready. Enjoy !!

Indian Food of Sweet Potato , Dark Cabbage and Spices called Aloo Palak
Ingredients
*3 branches of dark cabbage well chopped
*2 medium sweet potatoes cut in medium cubes
*Salt as your wish
*Half well chopped onion
*2 garlic cloves
*1 tea spoon of turmeric
*1 table spoon of grated ginger
*Half tea spoon of garam massala
*Half tea spoon of cumin
*Half tea spoon of coriander
*Half tea spoon of curry
*1 tea spoon and half of hot paprika
*Vegetable oil
Way of To Do:
*Boil the dark cabbage in an amount of water enough to cover it. Whe it begins to boil , drain the water in a sieve and reserve it.
*Boil the sweet potatoes in water enough to cover it. Drain it trought a sieve and reserve it.
*Add in a pan the vegetable oil , onion , garlic and salt. Mix to cook them until the onion gets transparent.
*Add the ginger and mix to incorporate the ginger in the previous ingredients
*Put the massala, turmeric , cumin , coriander , curry and mix again.
*Add the hot paprika and mix
*So , add the potato to the spices be incorporated in it.
*After, add the dark cabbage and mix softly , to not knead it.
*Turn off the oven flame and transfer it to a beautiful bowl you like. Your aloo palak is ready. Enjoy !!

Sri Lankan Cabbage of Spices with Lemon Juice called Cabbage Varai
Ingredients:
*1/4 of green cabbage shredded in thin stripes
*1/4 of purple cabbage shredded in thin stripes
*1 table spoon of grated ginger
*1 tea spoon of powder/seeds of mustard
*Hlaf tea spoon of cumin
*Half tea spoon of curry
*1 and half tea spoon of hot paprika
*Juice of half lemon
*Salt as your wish
*Coconut oil
*Half onion well chopped
*2 medium garlic cloves
*Grated coconut as your wish
Way of To Do:
*PĂșt in a pan the coconut oil , garlic, onion , ginger and mix to cook , until the onion gets transparent and the garlic , in golden colour
*Add the cumin , curry and mustard. Mix them to be incorporated into the previous spices
*Add the cabbage and mix quickly to make it incorporate the spices
* Turn off the oven fglame. Add lemon juice and hot paprika
*Add , finnally , the grated coconut and mix biefly
*-Put the cabbage in a beautiful bowl you like and serve. Your cabbage varai is ready. Enjoy!!

Sri Lankan Cabbage with Coconut and Spices called Gova Curry
Ingredients :
*1/4 of green cabbage cut in thin slices
*1/4 of purple cabbage cut in thin slices
*1 table spoon of grated gimger
*2 garlic cloves well chopped
*Hlaf medium onion well chopped
*Salt as your wish
*1 tea spoon of turmeric
*1 tea spoon of curry powder
*1 soup spoon of fenugreek
*1 soup spoon of mustard seeds
*Coconut oil
*Coconut milk
Way of To Do:
*Put in a big pan the coconut oil with onion , garlic , ginger and cook until the onion and garlic get transparent
*So, add the mustard seeds and mix until it begins to jump
*Put the turmeric , curry , fenugreek and mix to be incorporated in the spices base
*Add the half of the cabbage you cut and mix . You should do that , to the cbbage not get too much cooked , losing its crunchiness and the purple cabbage lose its intense and beautiful colour . Mix the cabbage to incorporate it in the spices. Anyway , mix briefly , just to incorporate the cabbage in the spices .
*Add the cococnut milk in an amount enough to involve the cababge , but without to make a soap! So, turn off the oven .
*Pour the another half of the cabbage and mix.
*Put your cabbage in a beautiful bowl and serve. Your gova curry is ready. Enjoy !!

Vegetarian Calabrese Sausage
Ingredients :
*1 medium eggplant
*2 garlic cloves
*Half well chopped onion
*2 medium garlic cloves
*1 pinch of salt
*Half grated carrot
*Half grated beetroot
*Vegetable oil
*1 silicone brush
Way of To Do:
*Put the eggplant directly at the oven flame and turn it towards all the directions , but not let it be cooked so much , cause if it happens , the sausage gets too much soft , making impossible in becoming a steady sausage
*When it is ready , turn of the oven and put the eggplant in a plate and cut it by half in horizontal direction and grasp it trought a fork to take out the peel . Knead it with a fork and let it cool.
*Add the onion , garlic and mix
*Add the beetroot , carrot and mix again to dye the eggplant of red , being very similar to a Calabrese sausage
*Shape the dough to make the sausage and swab it with a silicone brush with vegetable oil
*Put it carefully in an air frier uunder a temperature of 180°C
*When the time arrives , turn off the machine and put it in a beautiful plate , be to eat in your lunch , in a bread , pizza or any recipe you eat. Your Calabrese sausage is ready.

Sri Lankan Food of Jackfruit , Coconut Milk and Spices , called Polos Curry
Ingredients :
*Half jackfruit
*2 medium garlic cloves well chopped
*1/4 of well chopped onion
*1 tea spoon of turmeric
*1/2 tea spoon of curry powder
*1 table spoon of grated ginger
*Salt as your wish
*1 table spoon of concentrated tamarind paste
*Grated coconut as your wish
*8 soup spoons of coconut milk
*Cocout oil to cook the spices
*2 cinnamon sticks
*8 cloves
*1 tea spoon and half of hot paprika
Way of To Do:
*Put in a pan the coconut oil and the onion , mixing until it gets transparent
*Add the garlic with ginger and salt , mixing again to incorporate
*Add turmeric and curry and mix
*Add cinnamon and cloves
*Add the tamarind , mixing to incorporate the flavours. Pour a bit of water to impeach it of to evaporate and burn the food
*Add the jackfruit and mix
*Add the coconut milk and mix again
*Turn off thre oven and add the hot paprika , mixing it
*Pour in a beautiful bowl to serve. Your polos curry is ready. Enjoy !!

Indian Stew of Red Pumpkin , Chickpeas, Coconut Milk and Spices called Dhal of Pumpkin
Ingredients:
*1/4 of red pumpkin cut in medium cubes
*2 cups of chickpeas
*6 soup spoons of cocnut milk
*Salt
* 2 well chopped garlic cloves
*Half onion well chopped
*Vegetable oil
*1 tea spoon of turmeric
* Half tea spoon of garam massala
*Half tea spoon of coriander
*Half tea spoon of cumin
*1 table spoon of grated ginger
*2 cinnamon sticks
*1 tea spoon of mustard powder/seeds
*8 cloves
* 1 and half tea spoon of hot paprika
Way of To Do:
*Put the pumkin to boil in water. When it begins to bubble , turn off the oven and dran it in a metallic colander and let them be cooled
*Put the chickpeas in a pressure pan with water in an amount enought to cover them . When the pan begins to whistle , let it for 10 minutes in the stopwatch . After this time pĂĄssed , turn off the oven and put the pan in the sink and opwn thge faucet to cold the pan and stop the cooking process. .When the pan is cold , you can open the pan.
*Blend in a blender the pumkin cubes with water in aan amount enought to get a puree texture. Resrve the puree in a bowl.
*Put in a big pan the oil , onion , salt , ginger and mustyard powder/seeds to male the spice base . Mix them to gild the spices
*Add turmeric , cumin , coriander, massala , clove and cinnamon and mix to make them be incorporated to the previous spices
*Add the pumpkin puree n the pan and mix
*Pour the coconut milk and mix again
*Add the chickpeas and mix to incorporate them to the spices
*Turn off the oven and add the hot pparika.
*Serve in a beautiful bowl. Your pumpkin dahl is ready. Enjoy !!

Indian Food of Red Pumpkin and Spices with Grated Coconut called Cheynempet Pusnika
Ingredients:
*2/4 of red pumpkin cut in cubes
*Half onion well chopped
*2 garlic cloves well chopped
*Salt as your wish
*1 table spoon of grated ginger
*1 tea spoon of turmeric
*Half tea spoon of coriander
*2 tea spoons of fenugreek
*Coconut oil to cook the spices
*Grated and dried coconut
Way of To Do:
*Cut the pumpkin in medium slices and peel with a vegetables peeler
*Cut the slices in medium cubes
*Put them in a cauldron with water in an amount enough to cover them and turn them oven to boil them . When the water begin to boil , turn off
*Drain the water from the pumpkin using a colander and reserve it.
*Add in a medium pan the coconut oil, garlic , ginger , salt and mix to gild them
*Add turmeric , fenugreek and coriander . Mix them again
*Add the pumpkin cubesand mix to make them incorporate the spices
*Turn off the oven and add the grated coconut

Vegetarian Indian Food of Jackfruit , Spices and Coconut Milk called Kathal Ki Sabzi
Ingredients:
*Half jackfruit (take out the seeds and the other parts that supports the fruit itself)
*Half onion well chopped
*2 medium garlic cloves
*1 table spoon of grated ginger
*1/4 tea spoon of garam massala
*1 tea spoon of turmeric
* 1/4 tea spoon of cumin
*1/4 tea spoon of coriander
* 2 bay leaves
* 2 cinnamon sticks
*6 cardamom seeds
*Coconut oil
*6 soup spoons of coconut milk
*1 tea spoon and half of hot paprika
*Salt as your wish
Way of To Do:
*Coconut proporcional to the amount of food , covering the botton of a medium pan
*Add the garlic, onion and ginger and mix until they get gilded
*Add the spices togheter with bay leaves, cinnamon and cardamom and lid the pan to cook and incorporate the spices in the jackfruit
*Add coconut milk and mix
*Turn off the oven and add the hot paprika
* Put in a beautiful bowl and serve. Your Indian jackfruit is ready . Enjoy !!

Vegetarian Hot Dog

*1 bread proper to make hot dog
*Mayonaise as your wish
*Creamy mustard
*Ketchup
*Straw potato
Way of To Do:
*Spread the mayonaise in one half of the bread
*Place the sausage
*Add ketchup, mustard
*Put the straw potato
*Put in a plate and serve. Your vegetarian hot dog is ready. Enjoy !
Vegetarian Sausage of Red Pumpkin
You can use to do vegetarian hot dog or any food with sausage, as spaghetti with sausage.
Ingredients:
*1/2 red pumpkin cut in medium cubes to make each sausage
*1/2 grated carrot
*1/4 of well chopped onion
*Salt as your wish
*2 well chopped garlic cloves
*Vegetable oil
Way of To Do:
*Peel the pumpkin trought a vegetable peeler and, sometimes, with the help of a knife and cut it in small cubes .
*Boil the pumpkin in a pan with water enough to cover them and turn off the oven when the water begin to bubble. Do not let boil too much to the sausage not get too much soft
*Drain the pumpkin cubes in a colander and transfer them to a vessel
*So, put 3 or 4 cubes in a plate to knead them trought a fork , turning them in an homogenous dough
*Add the garlic , onions , salt and mix
*Put the grated carrot and mix again, balancing the texture of the sausage
*Shape the sausage and spread vegetable Oil trought a silicone brush
*Put the sausage carefully in the air frier under the temperature of 160° during 10 minutes initially. Put, first ,during 5 minutes, and turn down delicatedly to more 5 minutes. Put for more 5 minutes.
*Take out delicatedly from the air frier and put in a plate to serve or to use in your foods.Your vegetarian sausage is ready. Enjoy!!

Indian Food of Cabbage , Tomatoes , Peas and Spices called Patta Gobhi Matar
Ingredients:
*2/8 of green and purple cabbage
*2 mature tomatoes well chopped
*Water
*Half onion well chopped
*2 garlic cloves well choppedd
*Salt as your wish
*1 pinch of garam massala spice
*1 pinch of coriander
*1 pinch of cumin
*1 tea spoon of turmeric
*Half cup of peas
Way of To Do:
*Put oil, onion ,garlic amd salt in the pan to cook
*When they get trasnparent, add the tomatoes with water in an amount enought to cover them . Lid the pan to dry the water and turn them into a paste.
*When the tomatoes were turned into a paste, add the garam massala, coriander,cumin and turmeric . Mix them to incorporate the spices in the tomato paste.
*Pour the cabbages to be incorporated in the spices . Mix well to involve them in the spices with tomato and turn off the oven, to not cook themm too much and the cabbage not lose the crunchy texture.
*Add the peas and mix quickly.
*Put in in a berutiful bowl you like and serve. Your Patta Gobhi Matar is ready. Enjoy!!

South Korean Food of Cabbage, Tomato, Radish and Spices called Kimchi
*2/8 of Green and purple cabbage cut in think stripes
*Four medium radishes cut in thin slices
*4 medium tomatoes well chopped
*1 table spoon of grated ginger
*Half onion well chopped
*2 garlic cloves well chopped
*Salt as your wish
*Chimichurri spice as your wish
*1/2 tea spoon of hot paprika
*Vegetable oil
*5 soup spoons of toasted sesame
*1 sachet of tomato sauce
Way of To Do:
*Put in a big pan the vegetable oil, salt , onion, garlic and ginger gild them
*Add the tomato ,cover them with a bit of water , lid the pan to dry the water and turn them into a paste.
*When it became a paste , add the tomato sauce from the sachet and pour the cabbage, mixing it to be incorporated in the sauce. Turn off the oven .
*Add the chimichurri and the sesame .
*So, add the radish
*Put the hot paprika and mix.

Malaysian Food of Cabbage and Spices called Kobis Goreng
Ingredients:
*2/8 of green and purple cabbage head cut in thin stripes
*Half chopped onion
*2 cloves of chopped garlic
*1/2 curry tea spoon
*1 tea spoon of mustard seed /powder
*1 full tea spoon of turmeric
*1 table spoon of grated ginger
*Vegetable oil
*Salt as your wish
*Hot paprika as your wish
Way of to Do:
*Put in a big pan with oil the onion, garlic , ginger , salt and mix to flavour. Is important that the pan be big, to mix well and freely the igredients and not spend too much time to mix them, making them too much soft ; the cabbage shuld be crunchy!
*Add curry , mustard and turmeric
*Add the cabbage and mix with all to incorporate the spices
*Put , finally , the hot paprika and mix , again
*Transfer all to a beautiful bowl you like and serve

Phillipine Food of Smooked Eggplant with Spices called Tortang Talong
Ingredients:
*1 medium Eggplant
*Half onion well chopped
*2 garlic cloves well chopped
*Salt as your wish
*1 pinch of sweet paprika
*1 pinch of garam massala
*1 pinch of curry
*Vegetable Oil
*1 silicone brush
*1 airfryer
Way of to do:
*Put the eggplant directly in the flame of a small mouth of the oven to smooke it. Turn it in all the directions to make it lose water and to wither . That's what will give those special smooked taste !
*When the eggplant is ready, turn off the oven and put in a plate when it's still hot , scraping the peel with a fork to remove it . Cut the stem. Reserve.
*Add salt, onion ,garlic and the spices
*Model the dought in eggplant's shape
*Pass oil in it trought a silicone brush
*Put in the airfryer under the temperature of 180° during 15 minutes.
*Open the air frier in the middle of the time to turn it into the other side.
*When it's ready, turn off and put in a beautiful plate you like and serve it. Your tortang talong is here ! Enjoy !!
